Gerry,
Whats your regiment, dosage and how does lithium effect you? I tried it briefly and stopped but I want to start up again. Any insight you can share with your experience will be appreciated. |

I take lithium orotate 5 mg daily. I haven't noticed any effects from it one way or the other.
