Could someone contact NTCELL and find out if they will be accepting paying US patients that come to New Zealand in 2017.

that is an interesting concept, saving up for a procedure that insurance won't pay for. wonder how much it would cost? if it's successful they'll have people lining up at their door. based on the number of gene/cell implant trials that have negative phase2 trials after positive phase1 trials, it makes for an interesting topic.

not this time, i've been following LCT for years and had never thought about the possibility of getting their treatment as soon as 2017, assuming phase2 has great results cuz if they're just as good as DBS then would be a tough decision for me. opens up a whole can of worms, for example how would my health insurance company evaluate me if i got a procedure not approved in U.S. and had side affects, would they honor my health insurance?
but honestly, haven't thought about the possibility of a cure before i turn 65 in 2019 so thanks for your perspective which i thought was tongue in cheek. we rarely discuss that possibility here. but have to be realistic about LCT's chances, if share price is any indicator not a lot of support. |
