PQQ has been in my regimen for quite awhile (It's in Mitochondrial Energy Optimizer). I haven't noticed any effects.

I have been taking PQQ ( 20mg) + Ubiquinol (100mg) together for nearly two months. It seems helped my fatigue a little bit, but not in a way significantly if I would say. I just wonder if the dosage should be higher, but do not know how high would it be as a meaningfully therapy... anybody knows...? |
