Default Neuro toxic brain damage resembling parkinsons

Hi

I need your help. Im a psychiatric patient, and have not gotten the treatment I should have had. Im intolerant of psych meds. I will cut to the point: I have aquired brain damage I believe.

symptoms 4 years ago when taking Abilify:
swaying back and forth
extreme memory problems
slurred speech

similar but much worse than this
**

I stopped and experienced remission during 6 months, without treatment.

this article shows where Abilify targets dopamine:
**
MRI scans of my brain has shown white matter lessions in these places.

my question(the first one) is what will white matter lessions in the putamen and external capsule mean, and what if my dopamine receptors are damaged for good. please help. are there any safe medications to raise dopamine. I have other health concerns and need something safe and with few side effects.

If you know anything about the parts of brain Ive mentioned here, DO REPLY!
