Default Calling GerryW

Do you separate the time you take L-Tyrosine and Mucuna or do you take them both at the same time.

I'm curious if L-Tyrosine can interfere in any way with the L-Dopa.

I take them both at the same time. They need to be balanced with the urine test. You can't just take a guess about how much tyrosine to take.
