Default Aloe Vera

I have an impossible time with bowel movement. I have tried many suggestions to no avail in fact metamucil and other fiber sources seem to collect water but not move causing a blockage. I recently tried aloe vera juice and it has only been 10 days I seem to have mild success. By the way one sure source for me is 100mg of Doucusate Sodium. I take it the day after one day of constipation, sometimes I need to take it two days in a row but it always works, it doesn't cause pain it is cheap, and my internist says it is harmless.....but I would prefer to find a natural source....I digress. I am appealing to any of you that take Aloe Vera not only for constipation but any other benefits. If you have reason to believe or have experienced good or know of negative reasons not to take aloe vera please inform me.

I take a dose of about 15 billion probiotics each evening - and by the next morning things are great! I also cut out gluten and dairy about 5 years ago and it has helped a lot. Good luck!

I use Syntol AMD by Arthur Andrew. It contains Pre-Biotics, Pro-Biotics and Digestive Enzymes. I take 4 pills a couple hours before bed, and by morning things are moving. I've had digestive troubles most of my life, and this has really helped me. I've tried many brands of probiotics, but these seem to work the best for me.
