Default MRI and swallowtail sign

Has anyone here had an MRI where they looked for the swallowtail sign? And if so, what did they find? I'm just curious.

I have no idea what we would do if we saw a robust swallowtail on our MRI-this would indicate 90% change of NO PD, meaning horrible misdiagnosis, but then how in the world would you go about treating your symptoms?

Here's the link to the article about this, there are many on the web:

PS If you've already had an MRI, I think most imaging places would be willing to take another look at it to see if the swallowtail is there.

I had an MRI in may 2014 for a TIA (mini-stroke) with no swallow tail sign. PD dx june 2014. PD symptoms for about five years. Robust sinemet response.
