Angry Parkinson's Disease-bad reactions to Rytary & Dopamine agonists

My husband has had Parkinson's Disease for over 10 years. He has had problems with Dopamine agonists and most recently Rytary. These medications make him worse causing him to freeze up, sweat excessively, hallucinate at times and fall down. Why is this? What can we do? Thank you.
