Default Potty Help

I don't usually recommend items of any kind unless I have a good reference on the product or protocol.

Here goes, this is a little comical! I first seen this item being pitched on Shark Tank. I thought then that the developer was on to something, but at the time,I didn't have any potty problems.

Fast forward to the past year or so and this crappy disease (Ha! Ha!) after 12 years is starting to change my potty habits.

This Christmas my daughter thought she would get me a useful gift called the Squatty Potty. She said, she gave it a test drive to ensure its operation. Awful nice of her I thought.

It forces you to the more natural Paleo Man/Woman position. I'll say no more, other than it has worked like a champ with my entire family.

I'll include a few links. Feel free to sing the Squatty Potty praises if you have had a good outcome.

" Feel free to sing the Squatty Potty praises if you have had a good outcome."

....singing hallelujah.... also I improvise with a 17" x 10" x 6" plastic milk carton box.... a grab bar along side the toilette adds support and is helpful for the leaning position

love a good biohack
