Default Nan the Cyclist

I have not seen any postings by Nan. I read most of your messages and it spurs me on to exercise. Are you doing OK and could you tell me how long you have been on your vigorous program and do you still believe it has delayed the progression of Parkinson's.
I only treadmill a 1/2 hr a day and I think that helps a little.
