Default A bit unexpected

So I've finally (I think) managed to get past the Summer med. increases by moving the Levodopa element first. I'm now just hitting the rough bit, after 4 weeks, of the last requip xl adj.
And......I've started waking up at my usual 4.00 am with complete Poem' s in my mind. I've always enjoyed Poetry, even had a go in my Youth. But 36 in 2 weeks ! Iv come across this 'art effect' before, what intrigues me how mostly they appear almost complete as if there is path from subconscious to conscious now opened. Anyone ?

Welcome back Nigel - good to see you again! How much Requip XL are you on at the moment?

Best wishes!

Sorry Nigel,
When I am up at 4 or 5, I am trying exactly the opposite in quieting my mind from all thoughts so I can fall back asleep as soon as possible. Sometimes it's a losing battle. Sounds like you have some special talent. Keep a tape recorder or phone close by to get it all down somewhere.
