Default Vitamins

I've been taking vitamins for years....I watched a program on how even USP labeled ones may not have the vitamin described in the bottle...To begin with, they're expensive and we expect to get some benefit from them....I'd like to know what brand others are taking for?.....Ubiquinol, fish oil and healthy prostate?.....Thanks, Tom

I don't think we can go wrong with Jarrow and Now foods brands. I often call these companies and talk to their nutritionists if I have a question about one of their products I'm taking. They are very helpful and honest. Not pushing more on people. But they will not act as MD's... We need to do our own work and make our decisions. But go for a higher quality.

I saw the PBS Frontline program and was thinking thru the whole program, the lives lost due to interactions of pharma drugs.

I think NOW brands are really good.

But for that Ubiquinol, I'd use the new solubilized forms that are now available.

Qunol:

This is now available at Costco and WalMarts (I think it is still there), and Amazon.

I use Swanson' Health Products and" Now" Brands mostly (Swansons have a lot of other brands, including "NOW" along with their own and prices are better than at the health food store )
