Default My balance is much better.

And this is before DBS. My husband noticed it too so it is not my wishful thinking. It is not from all the supplements I've taken as I am not consistent with that. But it must be from my new smoothie. The 2 important ingredients are GREEN ESSENCE (Whole Food store) full of probiotics , my new friend, AND a scoop of cold pressed, from organic grass fed cows, not isolate, bioactive and undenatured WHEY PROTEIN POWDER (Swansons). Plus half banana, organic strawberries, unfiltered organic apple juice, almond milk,1TB Ceylon cinnamon.
The reason for the specific whey is that it is the best way to get your body to produce the master antioxidant GLUTATHIONE. Pills are poorly absorbed, IVs are $$, and besides you can train your body to not make it anymore through synthetic means. No guarantees here about balance but you will notice better overall health!
