Among natural nrf2 activators are Gastrodin, Sulforaphane from broccoli, Pterostilbene, Curcumin, Green tea, Milk thistle, Bacopa, and Ashwagandha. DHA, an Essential fatty acid found in fish oil, and coffee are powerful nrf2 activators.

The notation that sulforaphanes are nrf2 activators reminds me why we continue eating broccoSprouts, reportedly a food source which contains the highest concentration of that substance. At times, the sprouts are difficult to find at the market. And they become musty smelling quickly, so I remove them from plastic container and wrap in paper towels.
