Default Pseudo Bulbar Effect

Hello
I am new to the forum and wonder if anyone has any experience with pseudo bulbar effect (excessive or inappropriate crying or laughing) as a component of PD.
I am a 68 year old male with newly diagnosed PD and suffer from episodes of excessive crying when talking about an issue that has some element of sadness for me.

Thanks
