And now I have a different question to ask. Does anyone use a walker? I
was thinking that the walker was needed because I had severe scoliosis. It was actually SO bad that I was bent in half and was eye to eye with a four year old. The surgeon did a remarkable job ... he put rods in my back from the tip of my neck all the way to my tailbone. I stood up straight for the first time in years!

But now I'm wondering if I'm going to need a walker for the rest of my life because of my PD and NOT my scoliosis? That kind of depresses me, but I do what I need to get by.

Is anyone out there using a walker, like me?

I have a walker, though I seldom use it. I do use crutches, the metal one that sort of clamp on my arm. Not sure what they are called.
