Default Foods listed by protein content

I just found this very useful food chart sorted by protein contents. It also shows calorie and fat contents, but protein is what parkies have to worry about most. It's interesting to see that some foods have far more proteins than most of us thought, and that the egg yolk does, too.

Anyway, I hope it will be useful to those of you who are really having levadopa absorption problems due to proteins, you will be glad to know that you are no longer limited to eating parsley, broccoli and cucumbers alone!
