I have recently updated my signature to include:
- Year of birth
- Year of diagnosis
- Present medications
- My strategy to cope with PD
I encourage all to do the same, because of the fact these information are absolutely necessary in order to have a balanced assessment of any post.
More over this will create the information that can be developed to a data base that John and others have advocated.
