Default Thanks-

Thanks to my wife for 1) putting up with me through all of this,
and (2) doing most of the coordination that made my DBS surgery
possible.

Thanks to my neurosurgeon, Dr. Steven Griffith of Kansas City.

Thanks to his PA, Brittany, and the rest of his staff.

Thanks to St. Luke's Hospital of Kansas City.

thanks to my immediate supervisor, Fred, and his supervisor, David.
