Hey Scott - I know it's been a while, wanted to mention a reminder
for something I think has come up before - they tell you the 'adjustment' timeframe may take up to 1 year to reach it's objective, and based on my experience, that is totally possible. It's been 7 months for me, and I've had to go see the neuro on average, every 2/3 months. Everybody is different - in my case it was #1 decent walking physical ability/no voice, #2 or decent voice, severe walking disability. Moral - Don't let that post-op time be another reason for frustration. David |
