I'm feeling so positive about this place that I guess I'll just be here when I'm here, and not make any comparisons except in the one thread on Community and FOrum Feedback that was set up for the purpose of expressing feelings about the internal conflict. My guess is that's still going.

I also believe we're free to move about the universe as we choose.

Best wishes,
Jaye

Default Old BT

I guess I'll stay here also. I didn't like the banning. Also, I felt that the old braintalk had a part time manager when, clearly, the board needed more hands on. I tried to take a look at BT1 but it wouldn't accept my old password.

All the best

Lloyd

Default BT1 LouPapy

I registered and got in to send LouPapy [poster from UK who must not know about this place]a private message about where we are but it won't let me publicly post. I never received the activation email. The private message seemed to go OK but I don't know if he received it.

If anyone wants to post to let him know or knows his personal email - he looks pretty lonely over there wondering where everyone is.

I wont rule out the possibility of posting there, especially if I think I may have something to offer in terms of helping another parkie, alcoholic, or addict..But as far as Im concerened #1..If CS, Harley, and Yam cant go back there..then this is home for me..And things aint too shabby over here..Communication, and with a smile I might add..More freedoms especially in the speech dept..And if someone happens to get into it with someone, and words are exchanged..(which is only human)..we have been assured that there will be lenientcy, and not to be banned like trolls because of a disagreement, or banned for trying to help someone in need and get charged with soliciting

Having said that, I respect what JL has done at Braintalk for many years..But they need to lighten up..

Default A spark...

has this campfire lit up pretty good. The amount of people that are posting threads all up an down this place, and the relative amount of traffic is showing a pretty good overall response here from members of the now so called "Old Forum" ; I'd say that the ballot has been cast, and many are going to stay here.
Now if they only changed the look of the walls in this room, made some foolproof, user friendly hardware changes, and gave each one of us a lolipop, That'ould be nice. I want a lime one cs
