Protein in some fish, parvalbumin "scavenges" alpha-synuclein, binding it up so that it can't form the disruptive clumps seen in Parkinson's.
Abundant fish protein inhibits α-synuclein amyloid formation I'm not allowed to post links to Science Daily and Nature because I am new. So be it. |
