i look mainly at the l-dopa content but to be safe i start the mornng with 150mg of 25/100 to load up on carbidopa and will follow with 125mg (1/2 of a 250). after 60minutes i'll take 65mg + 50/200CR. Then i repeat this pattern, trying not to take (2) 50/200's consecutively since that can result in dyskinesias, it stays around for awhile. If i have to increase a dose because i want to overcome the negative affects of eating too much protein, i'll increase my C/L by using a 25/250. I'm using the 25/250 to try to save from using up 25/100 which works the best so i do use 25/250 daily and treat it just like a 25/100 but if i have to be at my best i'll just use 25/100.

so i haven't done any calculations or tests on trying to figure out how much 25/250 i need to take to get the same affect as 25/100. i don't have problems taking 125mg and will take a 250mg 25/250 if i ate too much protein and want to go ON sooner than waiting 2 hours after eating before taking your next C/L. It's not a perfect systgem but it's a cheap way to save up 25/100 which has been in short supply twice in the last year, which is significant for me since i do the best on their products.

in the u.s., even if you don't want to take 25/250, daily, it does offer a cheap way to build up a reserve of MYLAN C/L, that's the main point of my post. You could do the same with ACTIV, assuming they have 25/250 C/L. With fewer and fewer companies making C/L, and it's likely many are buying their ingredients from the same indian or chinese mfg's, having an extra fill or 2 around to me is just common sense.
