Default Anyone have knowledge of heavy metal counts in supplements?

If anyone has insight into these heavy metal levels being high or normal in one of my supplements I would really appreciate it. It says "complies" next to each on the bottle, but complies with what...

Total Heavy Metals < 20ppm
Arsenic <3ppm
Lead <3ppm
