Default CBDs/Cannabis ?

Has anyone here tried CBDs or cannabis to alleviate any particular symptoms? If yes, would you please share a bit on the matter? Thanks very much.

I tried a teaspoon of CBD oil in the morning and another in the evening, for about a week, to see if it would help with shaking or stiffness.

It didn't, but I did feel sleepier an hour or two after taking it, which was unwelcome.

I wake up every hour, roughly, for the first 2 - 3 hours of the night. Despite the tiredness, the CBD oil did not prevent the hourly waking up.

For me, it didn't work.

I took CBD oil for a few weeks and I had no observable effects from it. The thing that makes me very sleepy and helps me fall asleep and stay asleep is Melatonin. I take 3 mg before bed. Good luck.

I tried CBD oil for ten days mostly at a full dose but found no relief from any symptoms or low level anxiety. If the 20:1 CBD to THC was available I would likely give it a shot. Good luck to you.

Many thanks for your replies. I have only tried the CBDs in the form of e-cig vaporizer, so I'm doubtful about the accuracy of the dosage. I didn't notice any particular effects, but again--I can't be sure of dosage efficacy. None of these are legal in my state, so I don't exactly have much to choose from. Thanks again.

Found what seems like fairly "comprehensive" info here --
