I hope this works too, but wonder how they will address the fact that everyone is different, so their levels will vary. My level of dopamine might be high compared to whatever "normal baseline" the medical community will no doubt establish.
Similarly, what if someone functions fine, but has a low dopamine reading...will they be diagnosed pre-PD like they do with diabetes? That could have some unfortunate negative effects. I see how this could be a great tracking tool for clinical trials, bonus |

I could see its utility in clinical trials , to help determine if the therapy increases dopamine levels.
