Default It could be worse

Ol'cs,
Reading your coherent words make me wonder how my wife, after 18 years with PD, drew the really short PD straw. She was an excellent writer both in script and thought. Now her writing is barely legible with scattered thought. She has psychosis along with the terrible on/off. She is on a couple of psych meds that may help but she is mostly in her own world. You are right about sinemet, it's the only drug that works in the end. All the others have the potential to make things worse.
