OP: Good valuable info you are posting and on the B6 too. I don't have the PD challenge but love love love remedies other than the drugs from those doctors.

I use a good amount of magnesium thru the day and I believe it's 50mg of B6 I use in my sleep combo in the form of P5P.

I've posted in this forum on HGH and I have been using a homeopathic gel for 13 months now and it's pretty life changing here at going on 82.
