Hello, Atticus.
Thank you for your words. I find it important that they are readily available and not expensive. NADH and NAC amide are expensive, especially the latter. I prefer B1 and B2. B3 in the form of nicotidamide (similar in efficacy to NADH). And for glutathione, for now, alpha lipoic acid and milk thistle. Although everything must be adapted to each case by the specialist. For prevention I take green tea with ginger and turmeric, brewer's yeast, magnesium chloride, vitamin C and omega 3 (EPA and DHA). And a diet as close to the Mediterranean diet as possible. Greetings. Thanks to you. |
