Lightbulb a gentle intestinal cleanse first -you asked I'm*blushing*

to whom it may concern:
helllooooo!

my never revealed secrets exposed ~omg!

well my dear -drink a good brand of Aloe vera juice,(yes drink -or sip) in the evening when you are not about to leave for the night out for dinner! unless a bathroom is close at all times...

aloe vera is nutritionally a very good intestinal cleanse -you must cleanse the lower GI tract before you do a liver cleanse,
because that will make you sick as a dawg -because it will back the toxins from the liver into the blood... this is not good...

so I cant tell you to do this
but I drink about a 1/2 a cup of aloe vera...
every night for at least until - I can get the gut clean -
how do I make this sound nice? hmmmmmmmmmmm?

well most people's bowels move once a day - good indication you are toxic!
you should have a BM for every meal you eat... 3 meals equal 3 BM's
lolol???????????

you asked me? hahahaa... *blushing*

part II must follow -do not liver cleanse first!!!!!!

a cleansing tea -organic tea - liver cleanse must not be overkill...
and their may be a slight fast -eat lightly -during that process -
no sweets -no sugar -no white flour -no crapola!

do not take magnesium with tea -water only -it has a toxic reaction combined

try to eat more organic foods vegies and less red meat -

but do not remove all meat as it has B vitamins in it...

curcumin 250 mg capsule is best outta of the capsule mixed with either olive oil/ or dha -salmon oil/ omega 3...

okay stopping there -
take care
