Default Stress & Neurodegeneration

http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...978&pr=goog-sl

I hope I'm posting this link correctly.

The video is longish - an hour plus, but once you get past the intro, pretty interesting - esp. if you're like me and don't have a TV!

I watched it last night and today am pondering Sapolsky's findings...and wondering what to do about it. Mannose?

Rick, where was that info you posted about the cheap sources of essential sugars? and is mannos one of them? Is it too late for that -or would it be a worthwhile preventative against future neuronal loss?

Juan had an-efriend from Canada who had improved so much from Mannatech products that his DBS was cancelled...Has anyone on this forum tried them?
