Default Thousand Oaks, CA...Team Parkinson...inaugural "Pumpkin Walk for Parkinson's"

Chamber's Pumpkin Walk for Parkinson's coming on Sunday

The Thousand Oaks-Westlake Village Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring Team Parkinson in the inaugural "Pumpkin Walk for Parkinson's" Sun., Oct. 28 at Westlake Library, 31220 Oak Crest Drive, Westlake Village.

The community is invited to join the team in the 5K walk to benefit Parkinson's disease research. Participants will meet at 7:45 a.m. The walk begins at 8 a.m.

To register, visit www.towlchamber.org.

Walkers are encouraged to find people to sponsor them.

Donations can be made to the team at teamparkinson08 .kintera.org/pumpkin2007 or by mail to Team Parkinson, 6412 Broadway Ave., Whittier, CA 90606. Make check payable to Team Parkinson and reference Pumpkin Run-Alisa Pann and Jessica Chadbourn.
