If you live in EU you may care to participate in this survey. The more data collected in a survey of this kind the better. It is a European-only survey...the USA is not a choice...sorry.

"The survey contains questions surrounding difficulties with daily activities such as eating and dressing, mood and possible impact on relationships plus sleep disturbances and emotional well-being. It is hoped that the results of the survey will highlight the need for better control of PD symptoms over a 24-hour period and some of the less widely addressed aspects of living with the condition."
