Thanks Lee for the thought on the night sweats. I'll add this to my list for my next neuro visit in January. I think it's January 8th, whic puts it only about a month from now.
Zyni and Dale, I'm finally getting used to the cold too. We're in for it for the long haul up here in New England. We don't get the big fluctations in temperature you have, but when we do get a warm day, like in the high 40s or low 50's we cherish them dearly. John |

Yes cold has always caused me to be more stiff and the dystonia worse. I rub my feet alot to keep them warm, and wear slippers.
