Default David Zid

I just wanted to comment on the above posting. Our PD support group had David Zid as a speaker a few months ago. He presented his exercise program to us. The program is well thought out and works the entire body. As mentioned it has been designed for people with PD. No matter what your condition, you can and will benifit from David's program. Of the 30 of us present for his program 20 of us have kept up with the exercises on a daily basis. All 20 have had gains in quality of life, physical improvements, and demeanor.

Delay the Disease is the real deal!!!

I do not work for nor am I in any way connected to David Zid. I just use his product. It has helped. http://www.delaythedisease.com/books/default.asp
