Exclamation Tongue Biting - Ouch!!!

Okay this is weird, and the fourth time I've done this while sleeping. I've sliced my tongue wicked to a point where it was bleeding. This surely woke me out of a deep sleep. I feel the tongue move then the jaw slams down on the side of it. I have no control over the movement either - it just happens!

I noticed that this happens when I'm going off so could this be another one the dyskinesias or myclonus spells?

Anyone else have this?

Swell, another thing to look forward to.

John
