Hope everyone is doing well. I've missed you!
Would anyone like to comment on what vitamins/supplements they take and special diet they might be on or foods that help? Mine: CoQ10 300mg 4x daily vit. e 300 4x daily B100 1x daily vit. c 1000 1x daily I'm just shooting in the dark, if anyone has any advice. I lost the info the last time we did this. |
