Default The monster wins only a day

The monster tricked the wife's brain
into many sorts of illusions
She now demanded gold and treasures
from her poor husband
and even a castle with a 100 rooms
Her arms now shivered
and her dance lost its elegance
--
The poor husband had his heart
tampered with by the monster
It was now cold and cruel
The man seemed to loose his beautiful gait
Now he thought his wife gone crazy
The love in his heart began to dry up
--
In short .. the devilish monster was winning the day but ...
Annelise: Did you know that the monster had made a mistake in his strategy ?

Heart Love story, why not tell the secret ?

Dear Imark ,
The strategy was wrong , - the Monster was a snake with his tongue.
The tongue was split-ed and false , - poison had been there to long.
The poison turned to a pill, the man and his woman freeze still,
the pill where forced to their mind, they liked it -," the Monster is kind"-.

"I need no money and gold, I need no sex and love,
the power of Monsters are gone,
we just want to sleep until twilight come."
Then a ship with 10 big Sails and a hundred Cannones did come,
they went on board ,the night was love.
The 100 Cannones vibrated their song - -

The Monster shaking his ugly tongue,
looking and looking for new lovers to come ,
standing knock-kneed on the beach alone.

The ship is gone.
Who is next ?

Book who can end a never ending story?

perhaps - dear Mary Frances would like a happy ending / which imark foretold was only truly just the beginning?

this is for her never ending tale...from lavenderlou/ which was/and is my pen name

so shall the Bard/ Shakespeare have thy last words be?

KING Let us from point to point this story know,
To make the even truth in pleasure flow.
To DIANA
If thou be'st yet a fresh uncropped flower,
Choose thou thy husband, and I'll pay thy dower; 365
For I can guess that by thy honest aid
Thou keep'st a wife herself, thyself a maid.
Of that and all the progress, more or less,
Resolvedly more leisure shall express:
All yet seems well; and if it end so meet, 370
The bitter past, more welcome is the sweet.
Flourish
ALL'S WELL THAT ENDS WELL
EPILOGUE
KING The king's a beggar, now the play is done:
All is well ended, if this suit be won, 375
That you express content; which we will pay,
With strife to please you, day exceeding day:
Ours be your patience then, and yours our parts;
Your gentle hands lend us, and take our hearts.
Exeunt

Default funny

Oh, how I miss you all, my friends. Just look at how you humored me! Even when I came up with something silly like this, you played along! I would not have made it this far, if it weren't for you all. Thank you,
Mary Frances

Thank you for this thread, from years ago when this site was new...and continuing on and on, across the universe, it is one of the most beautiful things I have ever found on the internet. Such courageous and loving people, you are.

I put
my fingers
against the glass
and bowed my head
and cried.
