I saw the comment about lost data when the neurochat side crashed. I've saved some of the more technical posts, especially the conversation about the blood brain barrier to send to a scientist friend. Would there be a central place to re-post these older posts? Thank you.

Could we have a subforum or sticky for such an archive? To avoid copyright issues it might need to be the original poster putting them up, but that's better than nothing.

hi Rick and pacem
we sure can do a sticky for you on this BUT because of copyright etc it would have to be the original poster OR we would need their permission for their posts to be copied here. here is what Doc posted on CFF about this http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread25522.html most important, 2nd to copyright issues, is that we dont want copied posts to show user names or email addy info from the OP I so agree how valuable it is to try to get as much of the very valuable info back up, but we do just have to do it within the framework that Doc outlined before I am going to send Doc a PM, linking this thread, so that he can give his views on this request too Cheri

Yes, I'm all for such posts as long as they are reposted either by the original poster or we have the original poster's permission to reprint it here.
It's a shame, but I've long given up any hope of that archive coming back online. We offered our help to get it back online, but the offer was rebuffed. John
