Confused Surgery For Speech Problems?

Him I have PD for almost 5yrs now and my speaking ability hs declined terribly in the last 6 months. My mouth favors the left side and I mumble my words, Yet, if I pick up my facial cheeks tith both hands, I can speak pretty well. Is there any type of surgery to alleviate this condition of facial drooping?
Thanks
