this I have taken since 2000 and I have very little dyskinesia
Withania somnifera, also known as ashwagandha, was found in a rodent study to be helpful for tardive dyskinesia symptoms although it is not known whether ashwagandha would be helpul in dyskinesia due to L-DOPA induce dyskinesia. http://www.raysahelian.com/parkinson.html
