Just saw your advice. I appreciate and need it. The only person I know who has actually been approved for SSDI in any kind of timely fashion had Stage IV breast cancer - I guess they figured she would be dead before she got her first check. I'm glad to report that, five years and a clinical trial later, she is alive and working for Obama (volunteering).

I don't think I could get out the door without meds, much less drive!
