Default the beat

due to personal adversities, i have been distracted from many things. my apologies. i will be putting the beat out again beginning with the may issue.

to stimulate our creative minds out of writers block, please offer some suggestions of subjects to write about.

here are a few to get started.

spring storm
one
lost love
birds nest
vines
secrets

to access the beat, you can either go to www.parkiejam.org or www.pduk.org and click on the link for "the beat" this is a newsletter dedicated to creativity defined through parkinsons disease. if you would like to submit your work, please email me at lauradean360@msn.com. make sure you put "the beat" in the subject heading.

thanks guys
