Default Single spasms when going to sleep

Recently I've started to experience occasional single startling spasms or jerks of one or the other arm (and I think once my leg) when I'm drifting off to sleep. I assume it is a form of dyskinesia, but I don't know. I was only dx 3 months ago, and I'm not taking any medications except low dose naltrexone, dynacirc, and creatine all to try to slow PD progression. Does anyone have similar experiences, and if so, can you suggest anything that might help? I'm starting to dread trying to go to sleep.
