Shocked off topic - the wild west

Last week some human smugglers from Mexico unloaded a truckload of illegal Mexicans near my community (we're just off a major highway that comes straight up from Mexico...)

With guns drawn, the police chased the Mexicans through my neighborhood in an effort to catch them all. In the adjoining Indian reservation, the Indian Police joined the effort and they managed to catch all of the illegals without anyone being harmed.

Yikes!

Default you never know

we used to be quiet .... but we've also had car chases involving "shoot-outs" between law enforcement and "coyotes" on I-10 near my home ... very frightening.

Default Coyotes

Thelma

"Coyotes" is the term for the bad guys who traffic the illegals from Mexico into the U.S. They are evil, unscrupulous people - who don't care about the people they are bringing into the States. They frequently simply dump them in the desert with no food or water. The desert is hot during the day and cold at night.

The whole situation is terrible.
