no one has to comment on the ads, or even address the question of whether or not meds were taken - all they would need to do is state - using whatever medium - website, press release, whatever - that involuntary uncontrolled muscle movements are a side effect of PD meds, and that PD itself is a disease of immobility, not hyper mobility. period.

surely that could happen without threatening anyone's 501(c)(3) status, couldn't it?
