New member here! And am I glad to find everyone. Thanks to the person that found and picked up the posts on my blog the neuroprotective lifestyle.

I created the concept of the "neuroprotective lifestyle" to address the overwhelming abundance of scientific literature that supports the basic premise that neurodegenerative diseases CAN be prevented---and---are amenable to intervention at virtually any stage of the disease process.

Parkinson's disease is a great example. Remember, YOU are not the disease---we are all people first and Parkinson's patients second.
