I'm curious to know how you deal with missed med times.
1. take regular meds as soon as you realize you've missed taking your meds on time, then let whatever happens happen. 2. Take an extra "little bit" to make up for the screw up and hope you maintain the status quo. 3. Stick to your med schedule, skip this dose and wait till the next scheduled dose. 4.Mull the situation over i your head and try to figure out what option is the best. 5. Other...please enlarge on your reasoning. I'm on a two hour schedule and try to stay as close to it as possible..But...you know how it goes. (actually thats the dilemma! Just how will it go?)

Hi Rosebud,
# 1 usually does it for me but I am still on a 4 hour schedule.

Number 1 (as I am on a four hour schedule). Can I ask how long you have been on a two hour schedule, was it recommended to you and is it common?

31/2 - 4 hours
I take them when I realize I'm late and just count from there. Four hours works if I'm rested and not stressed, etc. but sometimes I have to go with 31/2 - like when I want to be able to finish shopping AND exit the grocery store. Dorothy |
