I too take one tablet of Azilect per day and have had good results. I had first PD symptoms in 9/2000, was diagnosed 2 years later and started Azilect soon after it was approved. I am almost symptom free most of the time and had to cut back on my Sinemet because of the Azilect. I also take Amantidine. I still work full time as a teacher and hope to work forever, if possible.

I'm doing fine on Azliect as well. And thank you to the clinical trial participants who were involved -without whom we would not have this drug available to us. Jean B

wish i could add my own me too. i took it for 6 weeks and had little irritating headaches which gradually increased (in frequency if not intensity). towards the end i started getting little flashes of white light in the periphery of my right side field of vision. so i stopped the azilect (i hadn't felt many substantive changes in any case). the white lights continue. unfortunately they don't spell out anything interesting.
