Default Hi bandido

Thank you for your post, and keep those two fingers moving please. Plans should fire up again this week as travellers return and there are actually several directions to pursue. These days there is legalzoom.com to cut back on some expenses....I've never used it personally but have heard things - anyone know anything about that site?

Keep it simple - you bet! And wait no more - pro-active from here on out. Hope you drop words of wisdom when you see fit.

paula

Default shapiro

Yes , gee whiz, he is the only oj attorney still alive??

Carey is sick. She sounds clogged in all pipes; must cough, etc until it is out. John G. if you are reading this could you let us know when you become available? Also, Tom and anyone interested can you check in when you are available to arrange a conference call. Carey needs a few days at least but we could arrange it if Doc John is available.

Default Training?

I have found a website that offers training in "e-advocacy," the maximum use of technology to help worthy causes for social change. It looks good to me. Would some of you seasoned advocates have a look and let us know what you think? It's at http://organizerscollaborative.org/.

Paula I'll PM you about times available.

Default What's wrong with the PD Community? part 2

I will continue to follow this thread and will comment or participate as seems appropriate. I looked at the lengthy and comprehensive white paper and would suggest a reading of the introduction will give this team the focus of the paper. Doc John as a contributor to the paper can fill in the details. If the team decides to pursue e-patient database development as one (or more) of its projects, then the "free" organizer's database sounds like a starting point. Aside from Carolyn's "it won't happen" reference to orgs working together is it assumed that focus will be set aside for now? The white paper's message that patient input via the internet is "the wave of the future" is consistent with this group's objective. It was mine in the 1950's when the first business use of computers was introduced to my backward generation. We have come a long way since then. Good luck! Bob

See Carey's 8/21/08 post for the white paper link.
